The Public Frame Photography name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Public Frame Photography or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Photography services offered through the Website must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due on or before the date of service, as specified in your service agreement.
Payment can be made through the secure payment methods offered on our Website. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.
If you need to cancel a scheduled photography session, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For wedding photography, different cancellation terms apply as specified in your wedding photography contract.
If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to our availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that a suitable alternative date will be available.
For outdoor photography sessions, if weather conditions are unsuitable (heavy rain, snow, or extreme weather), we reserve the right to reschedule the session to ensure the quality of your images. This will be done at no additional cost to you.
The timeline for delivery of final images will be specified in your service agreement, typically ranging from 2-6 weeks depending on the type of service. Digital images will be delivered via online gallery unless otherwise specified.
Public Frame Photography retains copyright of all images created. When you purchase photography services, you receive a license to use the images for personal purposes. Commercial use requires separate licensing and permissions.
We reserve the right to use any images taken during your session for our portfolio, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing prior to your session.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Public Frame Photography.
Public Frame Photography has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Public Frame Photography shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Public Frame Photography expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Public Frame Photography makes no warranty that (i) the Services will meet your requirements, (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) any errors in the Services will be corrected.
In no event shall Public Frame Photography, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Public Frame Photography and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (i) your use and access of the Services, (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms, (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right, or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
